ELABORATION:

Made from a selected harvest with a smooth crushing of the grape and fermentation of the grape juice under controlled temperature. Long maceration with wood to get the maximum expression from the vineyard of old vines of tempranillo.

TASTING:

This wine of Cencibel variety is a cherry red colored wine with powerful glyceric expression. In nose, it is frank with fragances of ripe fruit with bush tones, spiced touches of high complexity. Fresh and elegant entry on the palate, fruity, round pass and savory, with assembled acidity. It is original and convincing.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Serving temperature between 14 -16º. Perfect for consuming with pates, Iberian cured meats and cured cheeses. Ideal for “tapear” with company.
